A Nature Loving Friend of Mine

To All God's Children,


-->I wanted to take a moment to write about a friend of mine who’s simple and kind. I think he may have been one of those 1 in 8 Americans struggling with hunger. He was so thin and didn’t eat much during the day. He had an unmatched wisdom and love of nature, but he thought he wasn’t smart because he wasn’t good at school. I believe, in a different time at least, he would have been a farmer and I don’t mean that in a rude way. He probably is a descendant of farmers. He’s a man of the land, nature and lover of beauty - maybe that's why he was fond of me.
